Since it is not a brand that is sold here, this may make this a bit more cumbersome. It would be helpful if you could tell me exactly what is wrong with it? Are spare parts needed, etc? I would suggest you contact Teddy Ragg at tragg@santaferelo.co.id so one of the handymen can go over to your place to have a look at it. That would be your best bet! Hope this helps.
